The name KOTOWA comes from the Gnäbe Buglé word that means "mountains".
In the early 1900's Mr. Alexander Duncan Macintyre read an article from a region called Boquete. His curiosity led him to visit the region; and four generations later, his family has grown and processed in the same traditional way this truly special coffee.
Heavy body, with aroma of dark chocolate and spices and sweet aftertaste.
Definitely one of my favorites Panamanian flavors.
